Your Pets Companion was established in Ohio in l991, by Nancy Stovering. She was one of the first pet sitting services in the area. “I’ve always loved working around animals.” Previously as a dog groomer for five years, as sole proprietor of “Pooch Parade.” She gained more experience volunteering with the Cleveland zoo, Baton Rouge zoo, Capital area animal welfare society and fourteen years with the Cleveland Animal Protective League, in their pet therapy program.
Animals need to feel safe and secure, and the best place for them is in the comfort of their own home. Many pets do not handle the boarding experience very well. Their normal routine is changed, and they become stressed or even ill. The perfect alternative to boarding, is a professional pet sitter.
Working long hours, or does your dog need more exercise? Contact Nancy to feed, walk, play, brush and clean up after your pet. Have a cat that needs to be fed, and the litter box cleaned? How does a weekend away or a vacation sound? This service offers pet care visits to your home, to take care of all of your pets needs. You can enjoy your travels, and have peace of mind that your pets are happy and safe at home.
In addition to your pets being cared for, your home will be cared for too. At no additional charge, your mail, newspaper and packages will be brought in, trash will be removed, and plants and flowers will be watered. Drapes, blinds and lights will be adjusted, to make your home appear occupied.
